Property Syndicates
First Charter manages a number of public and private property syndicates for wholesale investors in the development of industrial and residential property. First Charter manages the process from the acquisition of the land, approvals, construction and ultimately sale and marketing of the completed development. At the end of each syndicate capital and net profits are returned to investors.
Future Property Syndicates currently being evaluated:
- The Karratha Accomodation Syndicate: The tender is being done & will be submitted in Mid November. The potential to take advantage of the Karratha rental yields & uplift in growth of developed property.
- House & Land Syndicate: A specific targeted house & Land package for Eco Focused Homes built in both Perth & Tourism destinations.
- Caravan Park Development Syndicate: We have several sites under review. The focus will be on improving the Park & its revenue. Caravan Parks are a fantastic asset to improve & develop
- Renewable Energy Investment: We are currently reviewing several opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
