First Charter creates and manages investment opportunities for self determined investors to create wealth via owning quality property and has a number of investment funds.
North West Property Investment Fund
The Fund focus on residential income producing properties located in the North West of Western Australia energy and iron ore hubs where weekly rents are $1,500 to $2,500 per week. The Funds aim is to produce income in excess of 9% pa, generate regular income and a modest level of capital growth to investors over the medium to long term. Income will be paid quarterly to unit holders and the Fund will be closed ended with a 7 year term. More information click here.
