First Charter Appointed to raise capital for Pretty Pool Waterfront Apartments in Port Hedland

First Charter Capital Pty Ltd has been appointed by the Port Hedland Development Fund No. 8 Pty Ltd to assist it in raising $10m for the purchase of land in Port Hedland to construct 62 Executive Apartments and 2 Commercial Tennacies at Pretty Pool in Port Hedland.

The development is designed by Bruce Robinson Architects and is expected to commence construction 3 months after settlement of the land. The project will be built in stages with 20 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments being built in stage 1.  The balance of the project will be constructed in stages as the "off the plan" sales for the apartments are completed.
