First Charter employs this ‘bottom up' value approach to property investment by utilising detailed, yet standardized financial models allowing detailed analysis of each potential acquisition and sensitivity analysis to project a number of outcomes which are reviewed in order to determine the most attractive investment opportunities and create a the best outcome for each investment fund or syndicate. By using this filtering approach, they can assess each asset on its potential on its particular merits, considering its specific attributes.

First Charter Projects Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of First Charter Asset Management Pty Ltd, and it is the property development manager for each of the Groups development and property syndicate assets.
